Course Description:

Conflict is about fear, how we see others, and what we hold on to. Peace is about vulnerability, challenging our minds, and sometimes, letting go. This course explores the fundamentals and theories of conflict studies, various methods of conflict resolution, our own conflict styles and how we manage conflict. We will examine how conflict is manifested and managed individually and collectively. We will also examine conflict in the context of peace, and understand how the beliefs and voices of visionary peacemakers shifted mass perception to create change.
